Rica was born and raised in Eastern Montana. She is married and has 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family enjoying the great outdoors. Her 25+ years of past experience includes Assistant Vice President at Norwest/Wells Fargo Bank, 10 years as an Escrow Officer where she had first hand experience in closing commercial & residential transactions, and finally entered the Commercial Real Estate Arena at NAI in 2013. Rica obtained her Broker’s License in March 2017 and opened her own Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Montana Listings, in 2021.
