Bio
I moved to Alameda in 1987 and started practicing real estate in 1990. Over that time I have sold, purchased and managed over $300 million worth of property. I have been on the Alameda Little League Board of Directors and the Alameda Babe Ruth Board of Directors, the Alameda World Tournament Baseball Board and the Costa Brava Homeowners Board of Directors. Currently I serve on the Bank of Marin Board of Directors (Alameda), Commercial Broker's Association Board of Governors and the Downtown Alameda Business Association. My son and daughter both graduated from Alameda High School and attend college. In my spare time I coach Alameda High School Baseball, compete in tennis and golf and love to travel.
Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, income property, and commercial property within the East Bay. I also represent tenants and landlords in lease negotiations for commercial space and I sell businesses. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools, city planning, and permitting.
