As Director of Investment Sales and office specialist for Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers, and a partner, Richard works with private clients, lenders, asset managers and hedge funds to assist with the stabilization (leasing) and disposition of commercial properties. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Richard was vice president of development for Opus South Corporation in Florida. He was responsible for site acquisitions, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing and property management of new commercial projects. Prior to joining Opus, Richard was the president of Welk Real Estate Group in San Diego, California and was responsible for managing Welks' 1.5 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio. He also spent nearly 10+ years with Trammell Crow Company, initially as director of construction and was subsequently promoted to partner in charge of the Riverside and Ontario markets in Southern California.
