Rick Lahkar is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2010 and has been a licensed Real Estate salesperson in the state of California since 2004. Rick started his real estate career with Century 21 Commercial as a business broker in 2004. During his stint with Century 21, he brokered the sale of small and medium sized businesses like convenience stores, liquor stores, casual restaurants etc. in the Sacramento, CA, area. Following Rick’s relocation to the San Francisco Bay Area, he joined Marcus & Millichap and specialized as a Hospitality Broker. He has brokered the sale of several independent boutique hotels all over Northern California, from the Central Coast to the Monterey Bay and the Sacramento area. Prior to entering the exciting business of Commercial Real Estate, Rick was a star performer in the hospitality business, providing exceptional customer service and delighting guests in hotels like Holiday –Inn Express, Springhill Suites and more. Rick’s other interests include the ownership and management of a rustic boutique inn in the Sierra Nevada Foothills in Northern California. He also indulges in the purchase of distressed residential real estate, restoring and rehabilitating them either for long term acquisition or for sale. In Rick’s quest for providing the best service and value to Commercial Real Estate property owners, he has recently teamed up with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates and started his own Real Estate practice in San Francisco’s East Bay area.
