Bio

Riki Tang, who has more than 18 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industries. He has a variety of experiences from successful management of large-scale ($8MM+) and multi-unit restaurants, setting up catering events of all sizes, and managing the food and beverage department of a 2,000-room hotel. After graduating from Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at SFSU, and later with the Baking and Pastry program at CCSF, Riki continued to follow his passion and owned and successfully operated a European bakery café in Burlingame. He is passionate about food and the food business and loves to see fellow business owners succeed in their restaurant business.

Riki, currently works as a Full-Time Restaurant Broker where he works with petite to large scale restaurant operators, from QSR (Quick Serve), Limited to Fine Casual, and Full Service Operators, encompassing Independent, Franchise and Licensing business operations. He work and serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area, with a strong presence in the San Mateo County Peninsula neighborhoods and Silicon Valley, Southbay & Eastbay markets.
