Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty is pleased to announce that Rob Spalding, a national real estate advisor and 1031 exchange specialist has recently joined the firm’s Portsmouth New Hampshire office in the Commercial Division of the firm.
Rob has significant experience and demonstrated expertise working with clients throughout the United States providing advisory and consulting services for commercial real estate investments, tax efficient investing strategies, new development projects, as well as financial modeling and analysis.
Rob was previously an East Coast Business Development Officer with Pensco Trust Company, a national provider of financial custodial services to wealth management firms, high net-worth individuals and individuals investing into alternative asset classes such as real estate. During his tenure at PENSCO, Rob facilitated well in excess of $200 million dollars of real estate transactions and capital connections within retirement accounts including IRA’S, 401(k) accounts and pension plans.
