Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. recognized Robb as a recipient of the Pinnacle Award for transactions in 2009, 2010 & 2011 prior to his moving into the Managing Director role. Robb has been personally responsible for assisting local and national clients in areas of business acquisition, site selection, leasing, sales and investment. Robb continues to leverage his management and ownership experiences to implement strategic marketing and communications initiatives for Florida Properties Group while growing and coaching the commercial real estate team.
Before joining Florida Properties Group - Commercial Division Robb worked for international chains such as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Brinker International. Using his early management experiences as a foundation, Robb joined the P.F. Chang’s China Bistro team early on and helped grow the concept from 7 restaurants to over 150 Bistros across the country through recruiting, planning, development and financial management. While expanding his experiences, Robb partnered in the development and operations of multiple restaurant franchises and nationally branded hotels including IHG, Marriott & Hilton. Recently Robb advised on the development and or sale of six hotels in Florida.
Robb is an active member of community and professional organizations such as the Rotary, Grace Family Church, School Advisory Committee for Pasco County Florida, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commercial Real Estate Advisory Board, Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate, CAC - Citizens Advisory Committee for Pasco County Florida, Business Brokers of Florida and a Coach with the Wesley Chapel Athletic Association.
Robb attended the University of Miami studying business administration. While living in South Florida, Robb met and married his wife, Valerie. They have two children Roman, 12, and Gianna, 9. Robb also has a daughter, Amber, a son, Andrew, and granddaughter Zenon 9 months old, living in the Tampa Bay area. Robb enjoys working with children coaching and at his church, golfing, fishing, travel and attending professional sporting events across the country. His love for fishing has taken him through Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, Turks & Caicos Islands, as well as all over Florida. Both Valerie and Robb enjoy the beach enough to have been married barefoot, in the sand on a beautiful beach in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
