Roberta (Bobbi) Lepi, has been licensed in Real Estate for 35 years and became a Broker in 1986. Lepi Real Estate had over $40,000,000 in sales and is shooting for $50,000,000 this year! She has led her offices, with 30 sales agents and 10 staff members, to be the number one real estate agency in sales in Muskingum County over the past 5 years.

Bobbi has been married to Jim Lepi for 35 years. They have three sons, Brodie and Kyle, both OSU graduates, and Hunter who is currently in college at The Ohio State University.

Bobbi says that she and Jim have built their business based on honesty and fairness. She believes some of the main reasons their business is so successful is by being "consumer friendly" and providing services, information and marketing strategies that suit the needs of today's sophisticated buyers and sellers.

"We tell our sellers that marketing their home today is much more than just putting our sign in their yard", says Bobbi. "We do everything from offering staging services, to video presentations. In addition, we pre-qualify buyers which in turn brings them to closing with as few of obstacles as possible. We also use social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter as well as our Lepi channel on You Tube to utilize today’s technology to our seller’s utmost advantage," Lepi continues. "As for buyers, we suggest that they prepare themselves, just as the seller has prepared their home, by getting pre-qualified and/or pre-approved so that they put themselves in the best possible negotiating position when they do find the home of their dreams!"
