Robin has extensive commercial real estate experience in retail, office, warehouse, and investment properties. Before joining TRI Commercial in June of 2019, Robin spent 17 years specializing in retail properties in the Tri-Valley region preceded by 18 years in Honolulu, Hawaii and the Pacific Rim where she focused on urban high-rise office and retail leasing, development, investment, 1031 exchanges, and corporate expansion.

Robin’s experience includes exclusive leasing and sale representation for numerous landlords and tenants. She has completed commercial acquisitions in several states as a principal and buyer’s representative. Her experience also includes development and entitlements, construction, permitting, zoning, and environmental issues.
