Rodger Parker has experienced a very rewarding career as a senior executive on Wall Street for 35 years. During that period of time he was employed by Citibank, Pru-Securities, PaineWebber and AXA Financial (Equitable Life). He managed the Corporate Adminstrative Services which included the worldwide real estate operations, telecommunications, procurement and general services functions.
Rodger completed the following major domestic real estate transations and projects: 1.) Lincoln Harbor, Weekawken, NJ - 1 Million SF - New Mixed Use Development; 2.) One New York Plaza, NYC - 1.4 Million SF - Renovation; 3.) 1285 and 1290 Avenue of the Americas, NYC -1.4 Million SF -Renovation; 4.) Citicorp Center, NYC - 2 Million SF - New Construction; and 5.) Purchased, leased and or managed over 1,400 nationwide retail offices
Once Rodger was retired from Wall Street, he became a real estate agent. During the past four years. Rodger has sold and or leased 81 properties in excess of $ 65 Million. He has earned the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellences Sale Award for years 2014-16. He has completed almost every type of a real etate transaction for residential and commercial useage.
In Rodger's opinion, no real estate transaction is too small or too large. All real estate transactions require the same professional detail delivery process in order to produce a successful investment.
