My name is Roger Nair and I have been involved in Real Estate industry for the past three decades. I am one of the founders and currently Team Leader of the NEO Team, as well as the Commercial Director for Keller Williams Tri-County Properties located in Medina County, Ohio.

My experience in the Real Estate field includes having personally owned and operated several commercial properties, rental units, apartment buildings and single-family properties.

As a Realtor®, I am handling both Residential and Commercial sales, with an extended portfolio, keeping an average of 100 listings and more than 25 million dollars in sales annually. Being a member of the Medina County Board of Realtors, part of the Commercial Committee, as well as part of the Ohio Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®, I keep informed on all the market trends, while continuously attending educational classes.

As Team Leader of a growing and prosperous team – currently having nine hardworking and dedicated agents - my biggest joy is seeing my team members succeed. My goal is to lead by example, to inspire them to reach higher, dream bigger, achieve greater while supporting them in their professional and personal growth and empowering them to contribute and innovate. The NEO Team has unique individuals, each and one of them with strong areas of expertise, accreditations, strength and uniqueness. And all those characteristics put together, made us one of the top-rated Real Estate teams in the Northeast Ohio area, recipient many years in a row of the Pinnacle of Excellence Award and President’s Sales Club.

As an entrepreneur, I have vast experience and was able to create, built and gear towards success several businesses that brought up to 3 million dollars in sales yearly.

Living in Medina County, I have been very involved in the community, actively participating as a Brunswick Rotary member for more than 15 years, including being Past President for the Rotary, chairing many Rotary Events and being a Recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award. As part of my volunteer work at St Ambrose Church, I am an active participant in the “Alpha Project” who helps repair, fix and spruce up homes in the Cleveland area. During Holidays, we distribute ham and coats to those less fortunate.

When you love what you do, is not a job. I love Real Estate, I love helping and educating others, I lead by example, I support my team members and my clients, I wake up daily with purpose and enthusiasm, and I am always willing to lend a helping hand.

With our grown children being on their own now, my wife Lynn and I enjoy reading, attending concerts, spending time with friends and exploring new places.
