After launching one of the nation’s largest regional video retail stores, Ohio-based First Row Video, Rokki applied his successful business proficiencies to the specialization of commercial asset operations, site selection, acquisitions / dispositions, development and full-service property management.

Rokki possesses a strong track record of representing institutional-grade owners and investors of retail, industrial and development sites across Florida. His effective branding platform entails customized marketing and individualized client services. This personalized approach contributes to the success of his expanding portfolio.

Rokki is also co-founder of the LandQwest Property Management division, whose mounting office, retail and industrial assignments surpass 1.2M square feet across Central, West Central and Southwest Florida.
