Ron DeCola is a seasoned real estate professional with over thirty-five years of experience. His early years were spent founding and managing a multi-million dollar Real Estate Acquisition, Development, and Construction Company with a large number of projects throughout New Hampshire. His field of concentration at that time, included commercial, residential and multi-family condominium and apartment development.

For ten-years subsequent to this, Mr. DeCola entered into the Senior Housing Market as Vice President of Acquisition and Development with one of the largest publicly-traded senior housing companies in the country. While based in Boston, his area of responsibility spanned nationwide. With the explosive growth and expansion of the Senior Housing Industry at that time, he was tasked with growing the entire Midwest Region of the country for his company. Based in Chicago, he was responsible for the creation of over $250 Million in acquisition and development in six Midwest states, in just eighteen-months.

Subsequent to this, Mr. DeCola served as the Director of Development for one of the Northeast Region’s largest commercial real estate developers. His specialty during this tenure was the adaptive reuse development and construction management of a large number of historic mills throughout four New England states. These particular mills dwarfed the Newport Mills with respect to their size and, the scope of development and construction. The end uses for these mills were a mix of residential (multi family) , medical, commercial, retail and, office.

Mr. DeCola is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Estate Member (CCIM) Designation in the commercial real estate field of expertise. Mr. DeCola is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Notary Public in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
