Mr. Opfer is a broker salesman licensed in Nevada since 2001. He is currently the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. A Certified Commercial Investment Member, Mr. Opfer is an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Mr. Opfer has a long record of successfully guiding local, national, and international clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease negotiations, and disposition. In addition, Mr. Opfer has many commercial real estate transactions involving Federal, County, and State governments.

Mr. Opfer and his team have closed nearly 1 billion dollars’ worth of real estate transactions representing both large institutional investors and local family owned business. He specializes in commercial lease transactions and investment sales.

Mr. Opfer has been a resident of Southern Nevada since 1979 and is both a business owner and investor in commercial real estate. He knows the market well and has deep roots in the community.

Mr. Opfer and is team are experts in analytical real estate having been only 1 or 4 national recipients in the United States to win a grant from ESRI to develop a GIS platform for distressed assets. In addition, Mr. Opfer and his team are regular contributors to the local commercial real estate reporters as well as authors and co-authors of many distinguished commercial real estate reports.

Mr. Opfer regularly supports the greater Las Vegas community and is actively engaged in Dads of Great Students. Mr. Opfer is currently the President of the Society of Las Vegas Exchangors, (a chapter of the National Council of Exchangors.) Mr. Opfer is also a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of CCIM, ICSC, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
