►2002-2007 I worked in the Single Family Residential market of South Florida selling in all major markets.
►Starting in 2005, in addition to my Residential practice I sold apt bldgs to condo converters, through Mid 2007.
►From late 2007-late 2008 I worked in the distressed asset liquidation space helping to liquidate condos of distressed converters.
►In 2010 I returned to Residential Real Estate renting and selling Single Family Homes in South Florida to both Investors and End Users.
►In late 2012 I re-entered the multifamily space selling small and large apt buildings.
