With 30+ years of real estate experience which includes but is not limited to; leasing, sales, property and asset amanagement of office, retail, industrial and investment properties, Roxanna Collins brings a comprehensive outlook to Leasing, Aquisitons, Dispositions and Asset Management at BergerCommercial Realty. As Broker Associate, Ms. Collins is responsible for leasing and sales in the Southeast Region. By applying an ownership perspective to the property, Ms. Collins provides a high level of forward thinking and strategic direction to add value to all assets. Ms. Collins plays an intricate role in securing tenant and client relationships, leasing, and sales.
Ms. Collins held key roles for numerous high profile organizations prior to joining Berkshire Hathway Commercial Division. As a Broker Associate for Berger Commercial Realty, as Regional Asset Manager/Broker Associate for Brenner Real Estate Group, President and Director of Retail Services with Collins Blackwell Commercial, Director of Property Services and Retail Leasing with Lincoln Property Company, Aseet Manager for Branch & Associates and Real Estate Manager with CB Commercial Real Estate Group. Ms. Collins responsibliites included portfolio growth, value enhancemet, property optimization, underwriting acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, sales and financial statement review.
