A Veteran of The United States Navy, Ryan is a commercial real estate analyst and sales associate at The Keyes Company. Ryan’s experience in the Navy helped him integrate a strong attention to detail, robust integrity, discipline and excellence into every real estate transaction.

Starting his career in Real Estate, Ryan was part of a Commercial Team that successfully closed over $100 Million in transactions. Since then, he has closed over 246 apartment units totaling over $35 Million on behalf of his clients. His transaction experience includes apartment communities, fractured condominiums, warehouse buildings and land sales both locally and nationally.

Based in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale region his team is dedicated to serving the needs of private capital investors throughout South Florida. Ryan’s typical clients are individuals or partnerships who invest their own capital for the purpose of building personal wealth. He assists his clients with analyzing potential investment opportunities and marketing their properties on a national and international scale ensuring their investment goals are met by maximizing value in every transaction.

Ryan is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including new business development, valuation & underwriting, property tours, contract negotiation and at the closing. He provides clients with the industry’s top investment real estate research, advisory and transaction services.

Ryan graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate and finance. He enjoys a range of hobbies including traveling, biking, swimming, running, sailing and shooting. He is an enthusiastic reader with an unquenchable thirst for topics such as business, philosophy, history and finance.
