Career Summary

Ryan specializes in the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound Region. Ryan joined the team of Philip Assouad and Giovanni Napoli in 2012, and since has listed and sold over $110 million worth of multifamily and urban infill development sites. Their team as a whole has listed and sold over $1 billion worth of multifamily and urban infill development sites since 2012. In 2016, Ryan became a vice president within Kidder Mathews.

Ryan focuses on the exclusive representation of multifamily owners in property dispositions and of selected buyers in property acquisitions. Consultation services are also provided for asset valuation, buy-sell, and market analysis. This expertise combined with his strong academic and professional background in finance, marketing and economics provide a streamlined, professional service for his clients.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ryan worked at Merrill Lynch as an intern in the Wealth Management Division. This opportunity strengthened his knowledge in asset management through stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETF’s), mutual funds, and bonds. He completed projects that assisted his team work towards managing their clients’ assets and liabilities in the most effective and efficient manner. Some of the projects included analyzing fund investment strategies, trends analysis, market analysis, and attaining new clients.

Ryan currently lives in the Green Lake neighborhood and can be found running around the lake, hiking, golfing, or sky diving when he is not in the office.

Education

Ryan graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. degree in business administration with dual concentrations in finance and marketing, as well as a minor in economics.
