Ryan Forsyth is a Managing Partner of The Yuras | Aicale | Forsyth Leased Investment Team of Cushman & Wakefield, with 10 years of experience. Ryan specializes in the disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties nationwide, with an emphasis on ground-up development secured by blue-chip tenants on long-term net leases. Ryan serves as a strategic partner to his clients by providing meticulous service with integrity, leading to repeat clients by some of the most active developers and owners nationwide. His dedication to serving his clients has led to many record-setting cap rates for tenants such as Rite Aid, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply, Carl’s Jr., and many multi-tenant centers.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan was consistently ranked a “Top Performer” within Newmark Cornish & Carey, and in 2015 he achieved the prestigious “Top Performer” award with Newmark Knight Frank, reached by only 400 out of approximately 12,000 professionals company-wide. Prior to being a broker, Ryan was a financial analyst for a Wall Street Firm, which has provided him with in-depth experience with detailed underwriting and the ability to navigate complex properties to maximize value, benefitting his clients. He is a member of ICSC, ARGUS Certification, and is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento.

Ryan spends his free time with his wife and two young boys, with a third baby on the way. He also enjoys spending time on the water, fly fishing, and bird hunting in the Sacramento Valley.
