Experience
Ryan is an Associate Broker for Reece Commercial Real Estate. He has been with Reece Commercial since June of 2016. He focuses most of his time on retail and office leasing and sales primarily in Lawrence, Kansas where he has become a market expert.
Before joining our team, Ryan also had an internship as a Financial Analyst where he performed property valuations on multimillion dollar investments. His experiences give him a unique perspective that allows him to provide the highest level of service to his clients.

Tenant/Buyer Representation
I-70 Business Center - Represented the buyer in the purchase of the 95,000 SF business center located in North Lawrence. The Malls Shopping Center - Represented the buyer in the purchase of the 110,000 SF retail center located at Louisiana and 23rd Street in Lawrence. Broadway Plaza - Assisted a property investment company in the successful acquisition of a 14,650 SqFt retail strip center in Pittsburg, KS Seller/Landlord Representation
Currently responsible for leasing over 300,000 SF of retail and office space in Lawrence and 270,000 SF of office space in Kansas City, MO. Education
