Mr. Wagner has personally executed over 75 multifamily dispositions throughout the Bay Area with an aggregate dollar amount of over $800 Million. Ryan’s transaction list includes multifamily sales from 10-200+ units, and he has closed over $100 Million in sales in the last 18 months.
