Bio
Originally from San Salvador, El Salvador, Sal immigrated to the Dallas, Texas area in 1981 and has been living in the North Texas (30 minutes north of Dallas) area ever since. As a first generation immigrant, Sal remains fluent in both English and Spanish. This has been useful when interfacing with Spanish-speaking investors and remodeling crews.
Sal began his career in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) as a passive investor with different multifamily (apartment) syndicated properties in San Antonio, Houston, Kingsville, and Amarillo. He decided to take commercial investment to another level by becoming an active multifamily investor and joined a multifamily mentoring program led by a CCIM instructor in market/site analysis. The love for the CRE industry led Sal to become a CCIM candidate and to further develop the advanced skills for market and financial analysis. This proved to be useful for his own investments, but also valuable to other CRE investors investors needing help with site/rent/absorption/vacancy analysis.
Sal provides guidance to clients based on his experience as an investor. He values that his clients are there to build wealth for their family
