Scott is a Charlotte native, giving him vast knowledge of the real estate market in the Charlotte Metro market. Holding both a NC and SC Broker license for over six-teen years has provided years of instrumental real estate experience. During his twelve years as a broker with Coldwell Banker, Scott was honored by receiving the International President Circle award (4) years in a row, from 2011 to 2014. For the past five years has served as manager/partner and Broker in Charge of Capstone Commercial Group LLC. In addition to Real Estate experience, Scott has spent 21 years in the Computer Technology industry. He served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CTG Systems, Inc. Over the years, Scott has earned a reputation as an ethical professional with strong real estate negotiation and market skills.
