Over his 20-plus-year career, Scott Rose has dedicated his activities to all aspects of commercial real estate, including Investments, Land Sales, National Retail Chains, Strategic Expansions, Landlord Representation & Tenant Representation, and now he has been tapped to open a RESOLUT RE division in Northwest Arkansas; continuing RESOLUT's commitment to expanding strategically across the US.

Scott has been involved in approximately 800 leases and contracts for his clients, with a total consideration in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Notable deals in the last eighteen months include Locke Supply deals in Mesquite, Waco, Wichita Falls, and Garland. He was also instrumental in securing the leasing and sale of Eastgate Plaza, a 101,000-square-foot shopping center located in Garland, Texas.

Scott has served in multiple leadership and mentoring roles throughout his career and was consistently a top producer at Weitzman Group, The Retail Connection, and Structure Commercial.
