Sharon Carz, CCIM

Our Real Estate Wealth Management Team at SVN has a wide variety of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate and residential investments. Our team is composed of highly experienced professionals, several of whom are CCIMs.

Sharon’s commercial real estate career started in 2001 at CBRE specializing in office properties. Following that, she apprenticed at NAI Capital and worked with institutional clients on multi-family development projects from land acquisition/lease-up and sale to one of the first mixed-use properties developed in Los Angeles on Wilshire Boulevard.

During the 2008 market downturn, Sharon represented major financial institutions helping them dispose of their distressed (REO), multi-family and retail commercial assets. She is also an investor in commercial properties.

Currently, Sharon serves as President of the CCIM Los Angeles Chapter as well as a member of the CCIM National Marketing Committee.
