Shaun Riney is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Riney has consistently been recognized as one of New York City's elite investment advisors and is primarily responsible for investment sales advisory and transaction services to multi-housing, mixed-use, and retail operators across all neighborhoods of Northern Brooklyn and Queens. Mr. Riney focuses on business development, advisory services, and start-to-finish deal execution of the team's assignments.

Known for his acute understanding of the investment real estate marketplace and proficiency in "deal-making", Mr. Riney has been responsible for spearheading the sale of over 250 investment properties across all product types in his short eight-year career at the firm. By age 27 he was inducted into the firm's exclusive seven figure club and is recognized as one of the youngest top performing brokers across the country. In October 2014, he was named by RE Forum in the top 5 investment sales brokers in New York City by total number of transactions sold. Mr. Riley is a graduate of Boston University.
