At 19, I was Licensed in Texas as an agent and just 2 years later became a Broker, which in the State of Texas required some 200 hours of education. After a successful beginning with C-21 Opperman & Co in the Memorial area of West Houston, transitioned to Manager or Texas TH & Condo Sales specializing in New Construction and Single Family Homes as well. Since this was the Sales Division of Texas Apartment Locators, who had all the statistics of every apartment of Harris County and beyond, it just made sense to begin a Commercial department to focus on the brokerage of Apartments. I hired a Commercial Broker, who quickly had issues with the ownership and he and I started Texas Commercial Realty. He trained me into all aspects of the commercial business while we marketed apartment complexes around Texas to Institutional Buyers. I bought out his interest as he moved to Austin with the land boom, and continued to market apartments and specialize in business sites representing clients with multiple locations for Executives Suites and future Car dealership sites in the path of growth.

Currently with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Wostal Realty, enjoying Commercial and Residential representation for Buyer & Listing under the BHGRE Commercial umbrella.
