Career Summary

Sid specializes in the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound region. In 2015, he joined the team of Ryan Dinius, Phil Assouad, and Giovanni Napoli where they since have collectively have sold over $1 billion of multifamily assets.

Sid focuses on the exclusive representation of multifamily owners in property dispositions. He brings his exceptional service, attentive listening, and strategic planning to help his clients to be as successful as possible. Consultation services are also provided for asset valuation, buysell, and market analysis. This expertise combined with his strong academic and professional background in marketing and finance provide a streamlined, professional service for his clients. In 2017, Sid became senior associate at Kidder Mathews.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Sid worked at Seagate Properties to strengthen his knowledge in apartment real estate investments. Here, he fine-tuned his ability to effectively and accurately underwrite multifamily properties and value investment opportunities.

Prior to Seagate Properties, Sid was extremely active in non-profit work. He spent summers working with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Boys and Girls Club of King County.

Sid received a B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Denver with a concentration in marketing and finance.
