Skyler Cooper is a real estate professional specializing in investment sales, primarily in the acquisitions and dispositions of Hotel assets. In 2012, Skyler Cooper joined Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas, TX office as an associate and member of the National Hospitality Group and in 2015 was named Associate Director. In 2016, he relocated to Marcus & Millichap’s Houston, TX office.

Mr. Cooper began his career with Marriott International at the West Palm Beach Marriott in West Palm Beach, FL where he worked as a sales associate, supervising group sales, and catering events. His Marriott career moved him to Bethesda MD as a Regional Sales Manager for the Washington D.C. market managing sales operations for over 12 full-service hotels including the JW Marriott Washington, DC, the Washington Marriott Wardman Park and The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel.

Mr. Cooper has a thorough understanding of the operational demands of the hotel industry. His valued experience, coupled with a degree in Accounting and Information Technology from Virginia Tech, has positioned him as an established resource to help clients better achieve both long term and short term goals through all phases of the acquisitions and dispositions of their Hotel investments.
