Sonya Bondarenko joined NAI Hanning & Bean in 2017. Having worked in different capacities at local commercial real estate firms, Sonya is well versed in brokerage, network administration, marketing and web administration. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Indiana. As marketing director, her responsibilities include all aspects of marketing: maintaining corporate brand standards and initiatives; creating and designing layouts for print and online advertisements; coordinating ad campaigns with local and regional agencies; developing innovative marketing materials and design collateral across business lines to increase company exposure such as corporate and property brochures, location search and property tour books, press releases, and request for and representation proposals; social media campaigns; publishing and maintaining company web site; and conducting research, gathering market information, and collecting and analyzing data to prepare miscellaneous documents and reports. Sonya's hobbies include technology, graphic design and gardening. She is also actively involved with local animal rescue groups and is very passionate about ending animal abuse and neglect.
