Spence has been in commercial real estate since 1984, with a wide background of appraisal, research, property tax consulting, development, and brokerage.

Mr. Collins graduated from The University of Texas in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Spence is a member of the following organizations: Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and Central Texas Commercial Board of Realtors (CTCB).
