REALTOR® Stefanie Pratt, a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in Champaign, and has most recently served on the Executive Team of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®, of which she was President 2015-2016. Most recently she closed $15.7 million in sales in 2020.

Stefanie obtained her real estate license in 2003. In 2004, she was honored with the R.O.O.K.I.E. of the Year Award by the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®, given to a promising new agent who has passion and dedication to their clients, career and community. She also received the "President's Circle" award signifying a top percentage internationally of Coldwell Banker agents. She maintains a top producing status corporately and locally.

Stefanie has served as a member of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Involvement Group, Governmental Affairs Member Involvement Group, RPAC Task Force, Special Projects Working Group and Grievance Committee. She is also a past chairperson of the MLS Committee.

Stefanie was highlighted and featured in RIS Media's national real estate magazine as one of the Top 50 REALTORS on the Rise in 2007.

In 2009, Stefanie received two community awards, the Top 20 Professionals to Know in Champaign County by the Illini Radio Group and the Top Forty Under 40 Professionals to Know by Central Illinois Business Magazine.

Active in the community, Stefanie has chaired the Champaign County Humane Society annual dinner/auction the "Fur Ball" from 2008 to 2013, raising over $85,000 in 2012. She has been involved in numerous other fundraisers and not-for-profit events. She continuously supports these organizations by donating a portion of her commission to each home she sells.

Prior to entering real estate, Pratt worked at Orange and Blue Distributing for the local Miller Lite/Coors distributor from 1995-2003 as a sales/marketing representative serving over 150 local accounts and at Andrae's Harley Davidson.
