As a seasoned real estate professional in Texas and especially the Gulf Coast region, Steve works with all types and levels of clients as well as international investors helping them to sell and buy their properties. He is also experienced in working with U.S. Bankruptcy courts and representing attorneys to obtain the highest value for distressed properties. In addition, Steve prides himself on his customer service, local market knowledge, and friendly attitude. Every commercial real estate transaction is unique, and being available to answer his clients’ calls at all hours is of the utmost importance to him.

Steve is the Managing Director of KW Commercial Energy Corridor which boasts an international team of 22 agents and brokers.

As a long-time resident of Texas and a commercial realtor since 2014, Steve has helped numerous owners and buyers divest or acquire properties in the Greater Houston area and assisted many more in Harris and surrounding counties in realizing their commercial real estate investment goals.

Steve is a graduate of Texas A&M University and was a successful small business owner for over 35 years. He also enjoyed being a youth director and choir director in his church for many years. Currently, Steve is a member of the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN), Houston, Texas, and the National Associations of Realtors, and the Commercial Real Estate Network (CREN).
