Previously a Construction Estimating Manager at The Comfort Group located in Nashville, Tennessee, Steven brings 13 years of experience to the ECP Team! He formerly specialized in bid jobs, building estimates, assisting sales with securing jobs, receiving invitations, and working in a team environment alongside project management on construction. Additionally, he worked for the past 3 years personally and alongside investors to help improve and reposition their assets in real estate.

Steven’s educational pursuit began at Nashville State Technical Institute in Mechanical Engineering eventually transitioning towards Business. His academic efforts were rewarded with an Associate degree in Business, Concentration in Management from Nashville State Community College.
