Steve has specialized in tenant representation since he started his commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in representing a multitude of different businesses types including professional service firms, creative office users, technology companies, new business start ups, medical office tenants, call centers, financial services firms, restaurants, retail users and a myriad of other business types. His market knowledge, extensive deal experience and proven strategies for identifying the right property for his client and negotiating tenant/buyer friendly transactions has saved his clients substantial time and money in their commercial real estate decisions.

Steve has worked with a variety of property owners over the years, ranging from small buildings controlled by individual investors to larger properties with institutional ownership.

He has assisted his landlord clients in finding excellent tenants for office, retail, medical, restaurant, loft and light industrial properties throughout the Chicagoland area. The market knowledge and experience that Steve brings to the table as a tenant representative has helped him to apply creativity and a unique market perspective to ownership that facilitates leasing activity and favorable market transactions in their properties.

Steve is active as both a real estate investor and developer in addition to his activities as a commercial broker. He has extensive experience in renovation and repositioning of office and retail assets in Chicago and has personally been involved in the redevelopment of over 100,000 ft of commercial space in the Chicago area.
