Steven is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and a second-generation Realtor. Based in Concord, he has handled transactions as varied as multi-family land sales, restaurant leases, industrial warehouse purchases, and clients as non-profits to multi-national corporations expanding to the area.

After graduating from UNC Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in business, Steven has held various roles, including as a partner in a brick-and-mortar and online retail business, an importer, and a political consultant. However, his fascination with development and growth in the region only grew until he joined a local firm and helped to establish their commercial division.

These paths ultimately led Steven to establish Mortice.

When not working, Steven enjoys hiking, exploring the Carolinas, or kicking around Ireland.
