I Sukhbir Bhatti, or Sukh known by many, have been in the Real Estate industry for over 12 years. Not only am I a Realtor, but I also am a Licensed General Contractor and hold a Bachelor’s Degree from India. I have vast experience buying and selling investment property. My experience in construction gives me a complete understanding of the process of selling, purchasing and exchanging residential, commercial and investment properties.

As a long-time resident of the greater Central Valley, I value the relationships I have established in the real estate community. I assist my clients in the counties of Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Merced, Sacramento and the Bay Area. I am a member of the National Association of Realtor, California Association of Realtor, Central Valley Association of Realtors and Bay Area MetroList systems.

I am also a member of Indo-American Culture and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. I know the importance of giving back to the community by collecting canned food for the Salvation Army. I am active in Habitat for Humanity and work to help women of domestic violence.
