Past Experience
She owned and operated T & R Real Estate Services from 1981 until her company was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services The Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh, PA. on June 1, 2014. Susan was a partner in Commercial Choice Realty from March of 1986 until 1998.
Community Involvement
She taught broker, property management and pre-licensing classes at local real estate schools including REAL ESTATE EDUCATORS and Westmoreland County Community College. Susan is a Realtor and served as a member of National Association of Realtor's Commercial Committee and on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors RPAC committee for six years chaired the Commercial Industrial & Investment Committee in 2015 right after serving as the District 6 Vice President for two years. Susan also served as President of the Westmoreland, Indiana,Mon Valley Realtor Association. She is a member of the Murrysville Business and Professional Association and the Murrysville Economic and Community Development Corporation. Susan is committed to promoting a higher professional standard for the real estate profession.
