With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Ted has been thoroughly involved in every facet of commercial real estate.
Over the last five years, Ted has worked for New York City’s largest office landlord, SL Green. Ted’s role involved in-house representation of the
Fairfield and Westchester County office portfolio. His day-to-day duties as an owner representative focused on marketing, leasing, tenant renewals,
strategic planning, consulting with in-house Counsel, financial analysis of leasing transactions and property acquisition and dispositions.
Prior to joining SL Green, Mr. Grogan spent a decade with CBRE and then GVA Williams where he focused on office leasing and investment sales.
