Thomas is a skilled negotiator and creative deal maker. He excels at leading principals and managing deal teams through the entire closing process. He is a tenacious problem solver and he loves to take on new challenges. Thomas strives to build long-term relationships and deliver high integrity high-value service to every client.

He brings 20+ years of business experience in construction, brand and franchise development, consulting, import/export and electronics wholesale distribution, Saas Company, and other Tech related companies to his M&A engagements. He has also started, owned, and operated several Northern California businesses during his entrepreneurial career.
