Tim has been a member of the Suntide Sales & Leasing team since 1998, and has over 35 years of diversified commercial real estate experience including: site acquisition, franchising, investment sales including hotels & motels, retail and office leasing, property sales, lease negotiation, and tenant representation. Tim was the 2012-2014 MNCAR Exchange Board President, served on the Board for Benilde-St. Margaret’s School, and is an active member of the Edina Chamber of Commerce.

Tim is focused on ways to help investor clients acquire solid commercial property in Minnesota, develop longer and mid-term strategies to increase the value of his client’s commercial portfolio’s. He helps sell excess real estate at market rates, and bring nearly-vacant properties occupancy rates up, allowing for cash flow and increased equity.
