Tim served as an active member of one of the top producing industrial teams nationally and continues serving his client’s needs in transaction execution and marketing for international and entrepreneurial companies, institutional and local investors, and national and regional developers. Tim’s achievements include approximately $1.05 Billion worth of industrial property leasing and sales, with approximately 27,000,000 square feet of industrial buildings leasing & sales and over 75 acres of industrial land leasing & sales as of 9/2016.

Tim graduated with a degree in Real Estate Finance from the Marshall School of Business at USC in 2006.
