Tom Lischak’s roots in real estate date back to age 19 and his first investment in income-generating property. Before he entered commercial real estate as a profession in 2006, he spent 30 years in the automobile industry, where he developed skills that would be invaluable in real estate: negotiation, financing, marketing, leasing, property assessment, and property management.



While general manager of multiple automobile dealerships, Tom continued to develop his personal passion for real estate, investing in and managing his own commercial and residential properties. In 2006, he joined a prestigious CNY commercial real estate firm and rapidly advanced, despite a dismal economic climate. He was named Salesperson of the Month numerous times and Salesperson of the Year in 2013.



In 2014, Tom earned his New York State Broker License, launched Bridgeway Commercial Realty, LLC, and repeated his pattern of rapid ascent. In 2017, Bridgeway was crowned with the prestigious CoStar™ Power Broker Award* for CNY.



Tom credits Bridgeway’s success to his seasoned eye for opportunity, longtime immersion in the CNY market, continuous investment in real estate education, tireless networking, and dedication to his clients’ success. “I approach every listing as if it were my personal property,” he says. “I want the best possible outcome.”

Tom’s commitment to real estate education is illustrated by his elite Designee Certification from CCIM, the world’s premiere commercial real estate organization. He has served as president of the Upstate New York CCIM Chapter, after four years as its treasurer. Tom is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Greater Syracuse Board of Realtors (GSAR), New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), and Centerstate Chamber of Commerce.
