Tracy Li | CCIM Candidate, is the Investment Advisor for Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – ENGVEST in Plano, TX . She was originally from Shandong, China and moved to North America in 2000. Her focus on overseas investors and local investors is her strength as she always follows the latest global development trends and investment deals in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to SperryCGA ENGVEST, she has been investing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth real estate market for more than 8+ years and later obtained her real estate license in 2015 to better serve her investors and clients. In 2017 & 2018 she was awarded as the top producer at Keller Williams during her time there. In 2019, she finished her CCIM courses and will obtain her Associated Broker with the firm.

In addition, she was a business partner for a franchise furniture retail and wholesale concept and has many years of experience in corporate accounting at JP Morgan Chase along with working for a corporate insurance company. She studied accounting in Toronto, Canada and received her BS with Honors in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. She serves on the Executive Board for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) DFW Chapter and serves on North Texas CCIM International Committee. She is an active member of the North Texas Commercial of Realtors and the US Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
