Troy Stepherson specializes in the marketing and sales of commercial real estate, distressed assets, investment properties, acquisitions, and residential real estate in the Northwest Florida region and Downtown Pensacola. Prior to working with Gunther Properties, Troy served the Ropella Group, Coast 360 Television, PBS television, AT&T, several startups in the region, the City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation, the Florida Small Business Development Center Network State Office at the University of West Florida, the UWF Department of Communication Arts, and Pensacola State College. Between spending time with his family, fitness, and reading, he enjoys fishing and bowling. His favorite volunteer opportunities are Guardian ad Litem and Covenant Hospice.
