Prior to starting Collins Realty Group (CRG) in 2011, Troy was with Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. as the Managing Principal of the Houston Division. Before joining Holt Lunsford, Troy spent seven years of his career as Vice President and Director of Yancey-Hausman’s Industrial Division. Troy started his career commercial real estate in 1995 with Moody Rambin Interests.
Troy’s experience, integrity, enthusiasm and passion for commercial real estate earned him top recognition multiple times as one of “Houston’s Heavy Hitters” which is a featured article published by Houston Business Journal regarding Houston’s top commercial real estate brokers. He is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners (NAIOP).
He is currently responsible for managing the real estate portfolios for multiple major companies, which include Airgas USA, Red D Arch, Louisville Ladder Group, LLC, and Bake Mark. Over the last 25 years, Troy was directly responsible for over $500 million in real estate transactions (locally and nationally).
Troy is a Native Houstonian and serves his community through First Presbyterian Church. He and his wife have two amazing boys.
