In addition to his brokerage experience, Tyler spent more than a decade in the mortgage industry as a loan originator. That experience provided deep exposure to underwriting, credit analysis, and the structuring of real estate financing. Combined with his brokerage background, this financial perspective allows him to evaluate opportunities through both the capital and real estate lenses.

With a background in economics and extensive experience analyzing and structuring real estate transactions, Tyler brings a high level of financial insight to each assignment. His expertise includes investment analysis, time value of money analysis, underwriting, database management, and strategic property marketing. This combination of analytical discipline and practical transaction experience allows him to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Known for his attention to detail and thoughtful problem solving approach, Tyler focuses on understanding each client’s objectives and aligning real estate strategies with broader business goals. His process is grounded in careful analysis, market awareness, and clear communication, helping clients make informed decisions and execute successful transactions.

Outside of work, Tyler is deeply involved in the Redding community. He has been a member of Redding West Rotary since 2013 and currently serves as President. Previously, he served on the Finance Committee Board at Redding School of the Arts and has coached and volunteered with local snowboard teams, including Shasta High School and the Mount Shasta Ski and Snowboard Team. When he is not working or serving the community, Tyler enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, and RV travel. Most importantly, he values time with his wife Jenn, their son Wade, and their one of a kind dog, Norm. Whether tackling a complex transaction or committing to a Half Ironman challenge, Tyler is known for powering through and crossing the finish line with determination and a sense of humor.
