Vu assists business owners and investors with buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties and land. Vu specializes in the industrial and multifamily spaces. He has been an investor in single family, multifamily, and short-term rentals for several years and has overseen over a dozen rehab projects. He is an active member of a local BNI (Business Networking International) chapter and is a member of the CCIM East Tennessee Chapter. Vu is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and driven. After graduating from UCLA with an undergraduate degree in biology, he earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy and served as Class President of his physical therapy program. Vu loves networking with other professionals inside and outside of the real estate industry and enjoys learning about investment strategies.
