Walker is our Commercia Divisions leasing and transaction specialist. A lifelong Nebraska native, Walker began his career in real estate in 2013 and his passion for commercial real estate brokerage & development is obvious by his extensive training as well as his pursuit of his bachelor’s degree in real estate and development at the University of Nebraska Omaha.

After working on a grain and livestock farm to gain agricultural industry experience. Walker became a quality controller for concrete forms manufacturer. Through these professions Walker became acquainted with a hard day’s work and implements these lessons in his everyday life.

In addition to his fulltime pursuit of commercial real estate brokerage and development, Mr. Erwin is a principal and the Business Development Director for 3Bear Media.
