Wes Tune has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management, with the goal of maximizing the value of assets.

As a Principal with McClung Properties, Inc., Wes was primarily a Buyer Representative with a Midland, Austin and Dallas client base for the purchase of land, office, and retail real estate. He closed over $77 million in transactions during his affiliation with the company.

As the former Vice President of a large acquisition company, Wes led the purchase, disposition, and management of a $200 million real estate and management organization. He managed the due diligence and acquisition of over $136 million in retail and office properties, including 3.9 million square feet in ten cities and three states. He also handled $152 million in the disposition of 3.5 million square feet of properties. He directed lease/contract negotiations, maintained tenant relationships, led construction teams and managed capital projects.

Wes received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Angelo State University, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
